Day 38: ??? - Lake Tekapo: Church + Mt Joseph

After a night in my rental car I decided to never sleep in the car again unless it was an emergency, and to always have a plan fot the next day.
I drove to Lake Tekapo! It apparently has the cleanest air in New Zealand, and Ive heard the stars show very clearly at night.
I bought some groceries and settled in Tailor Made Backpackers. I went out to see the Church of the Good Shepherd, one of the most photographed churches in New Zealand with an amazing view from inside.
After the church I went up to climb Mt Joseph. Hiking up the mountain taught me to always bring some water no matter how long he hike was. Luckily for me there was a cafe at the top. Unfortunately the drinks were around 4 nzd...
At night I went out for a nice stroll, since it was a small town there werent many lights on, which meant very little light pollution. And this meant the stars were clear. I still dont think the view beat the stars from Tongariro but it was still clear enough to see the milky way (at least what I think was the milky way).
